Overview
A larger DC fan for ventilation rather than spot cooling: cabinets, small technical rooms and equipment housings that need a regular exchange of air. It moves more volume than the compact cooling range at the cost of a larger frame and more noise.
12 V and 24 V versions are listed with several speed tiers. Because the fan is often mounted in a wall or door, check the depth and the fixing pattern before choosing the airflow tier.
Where it fits
- Telecom and roadside cabinets
- Small technical and storage rooms
- Battery compartments
- Equipment housings with a wall opening

Selection and installation notes
Ventilation needs an inlet as well as an outlet. Without a second opening the fan only pressurises the space and the airflow falls away.
For outdoor cabinets, check the IP rating of the installation, not just the fan. Rain and dust enter through the opening, not through the motor.
FAQ
How is this different from a cooling fan?
It moves more air through a larger frame, for exchanging the air in a space rather than blowing across a component.
Can it be mounted in a door?
Yes, with a suitable opening and guard. Check the door thickness and the cable route before ordering.
Does it include a filter?
No. Filter guards are selected separately and matched to the frame and fixing centres.
What supply does it need?
12 V or 24 V DC, depending on the model. Check the current draw against the supply, including startup.
