High Flow DC Axial Fan for Dense Equipment

12 V and 24 V DC fan with the highest airflow in the compact range, for dense equipment where noise is secondary.
  • Frame Size: 120 × 120 × 38 mm
  • Voltage: 12 / 24 V
  • Speed: 2000–3500 rpm

Overview

The high-flow end of the DC range: a faster impeller and a deeper blade profile that push the airflow up at the cost of sound pressure. It suits equipment with a high heat density and a fan position where noise is not the deciding constraint.

12 V and 24 V versions are available across several speed tiers. At this performance level the mounting matters: vibration from a high-speed impeller is transmitted into the enclosure, and a loose guard will rattle.

Where it fits

  • Dense power electronics and computing hardware
  • Mining and industrial control enclosures
  • Equipment with a high heat load in a small volume
  • Applications where airflow, not noise, sets the limit

Selection and installation notes

High airflow pulls dust in faster. Use a filter or mesh on the intake and plan a cleaning interval, because a dust-loaded impeller loses balance quickly at high speed.

Check the supply margin. High-flow fans draw more current at startup, and several on one rail can trip a small supply or slow each other down.

FAQ

When should I choose this over the standard range?

When the heat load cannot be cleared by a standard fan and the installation can accept the higher noise level.

Will it be loud?

Yes, relative to the quiet and standard ranges. Compare the noise column against the distance to the nearest operator.

Can I run several from one supply?

Check the combined startup current, not just the running current, and allow margin for voltage drop on the cable.

Is a PWM version available?

Depends on the model. Tell us the control signal you have and we will confirm which variant supports it.
