Overview
A centrifugal fan driven directly from the mains, with no inverter or controller. The forward-curved wheel gives high airflow at low pressure, which is why this type is common in ovens, drying cabinets and small combustion air systems.
Sizes differ in wheel width and motor power. Because the speed is set by the supply frequency, airflow is adjusted by choosing a different model rather than by turning the speed down.
Where it fits
- Ovens and drying cabinets
- Small boiler combustion air
- Air curtains and light plenums
- Equipment that needs constant airflow

Selection and installation notes
Forward-curved wheels lose volume quickly against resistance. If the path includes a dense filter or a long duct, check the airflow at the working pressure.
State the air temperature at the fan. A standard motor in a hot airstream will fail early; the motor may need to sit outside the flow.
FAQ
Can the speed be adjusted?
Not directly. The speed follows the supply frequency, so choose a different model or add a suitable controller if the motor allows it.
What temperature can it handle?
It depends on motor position and bearing. Give us the air temperature and duty cycle rather than the room temperature.
Forward or backward curved?
Forward-curved for high airflow at low pressure and low noise; backward-curved where pressure and dirt tolerance matter.
Is a direct-drive version available?
This range is direct drive. Belt-driven units are a separate selection, used where the speed has to be trimmed on site.
