Overview
A brushless blower for equipment that runs for long periods and has to stay quiet. Electronic commutation removes brush wear and brush dust, and the wheel is tuned for low sound pressure rather than maximum pressure.
It suits medical, laboratory and office equipment where the blower is close to the user and the duty cycle is long. The trade is the same as elsewhere: less pressure than the high-speed range.
Where it fits
- Medical and laboratory instruments
- Office and retail equipment
- Air sampling devices
- Equipment with a long duty cycle and a noise limit

Selection and installation notes
Brushless removes brushes, not bearings. Plan bearing inspection according to temperature and duty.
Mount on a resilient base. In a small housing the panel often radiates more noise than the blower.
FAQ
Does brushless mean maintenance-free?
No. There are no brushes, but bearings still wear and the impeller still needs cleaning.
How quiet is it?
It is tuned for low sound pressure at its operating point. Compare the noise column against the distance to the user.
Can it be speed-controlled?
With voltage or PWM control, depending on the model. Confirm before designing the control board.
Is it suitable for continuous duty?
Yes, that is the intended use. Confirm the ambient temperature at the blower.
