Overview
A cabinet heater with a fan, used to keep enclosure temperature above the dew point. Condensation is the usual reason electronics fail in cold plants, and a small heater with air movement prevents it more evenly than a static element.
The fan spreads heat across the cabinet instead of leaving a hot spot above the element. Thermostats are separate, so heating and cooling can be interlocked.

Selection and installation notes
Use a thermostat with a changeover contact so the heater and the fan do not run against each other.
Size the heater for the cabinet surface area and the minimum ambient, not for the volume alone.
