Industrial Diesel Space Heater

Fuel-fired industrial heater for workshops and site work, where electric heating cannot deliver the required output.
Share to:

Overview

A diesel-fired space heater for large or uninsulated spaces where the electrical supply cannot carry an equivalent electric heater. Output is high, and the unit needs fuel handling, ventilation and an exhaust route.

It is not a domestic appliance. Combustion produces water vapour and carbon monoxide, so the space has to be ventilated and the unit is not suitable for sealed rooms or sleeping areas.

Where it fits

  • Construction sites and temporary works
  • Large workshops and warehouses
  • Agricultural buildings
  • Emergency or standby heating

Selection and installation notes

Ventilation is mandatory. Carbon monoxide is odourless, and a sealed room with a combustion heater is dangerous regardless of the unit’s safety features.

Check local rules before use indoors. Some markets restrict or prohibit open combustion heaters in workspaces.

FAQ

Can it be used indoors?

Only with adequate ventilation and, for continuous use, a proper exhaust route. It is not suitable for sealed rooms or sleeping areas.

How much heat does it produce?

Output depends on the model. Tell us the space, insulation and target temperature and we will confirm the range.

What fuel does it use?

Diesel. Fuel storage, filtration and priming are part of the installation.

Is it safe around dust?

Keep it clear of combustible dust and materials. The unit has hot surfaces and an open flame.
