Overview
The standard external rotor axial fan: a short body, an impeller that turns around the motor, and a mounting pattern that suits coils, panels and wall openings. Because the motor sits in the airstream, the ambient temperature at the fan becomes part of the selection.
The range covers several impeller diameters and pole counts. Two-pole motors run faster and move more air; six-pole motors run slower and quieter. Voltage and frequency can be customised on some models, so confirm the variant before ordering.
Where it fits
- Condenser and evaporator units
- Cold rooms and refrigeration packs
- Wall-mounted exhaust
- Equipment cooling with a short air path

Selection and installation notes
Two fans that look identical can differ in pole count, speed and noise. Compare the model code, not just the diameter, before assuming a replacement will match.
In hot air the motor has to be derated. Give us the air temperature at the fan rather than the room temperature.
FAQ
How do I identify a replacement fan?
Send the nameplate or a photo of the label. Diameter, pole count, voltage and fixing pattern all have to match, and the label is the fastest way to confirm them.
Two-pole or six-pole?
Two-pole runs faster with more airflow and noise; six-pole runs slower and quieter for the same diameter.
Can it be supplied in a custom voltage?
Some models allow custom voltage and frequency. Ask before quoting; not every motor platform supports it.
Does it include mounting brackets?
The fan is supplied as a unit. Brackets, guards and rings are selected against the fixing pattern.
